Accumulation Stack (2021) consists of extracted text transcribed from long distance telephone conversations and then placed adjacent to drawings derived from silhouettes and abstractions of handwritten notes. Together, these works form a collection of multi-level stacks presented on frames that function as sites of memory and accumulation.

Distance Transcription (2014-2021) is an on-going project that is performed while traveling to and from destinations. For this iteration, ICA LA is the site for arrivals and departures. Daily audio recordings document drawn-out intervals between extemporaneously spoken words. Employing poetic form, the printed transcriptions of each round-trip considers home as well as the relationship between immediate surroundings and distances travelled between words.
