Milford Graves: Full Mantis is the first feature-length portrait of the renowned percussionist Milford Graves, exploring his kaleidoscopic creativity and relentless curiosity. Meet the film’s director Jake Meginsky—who was a student and collaborator of Graves—and receive a sneak peek of never-before-seen footage of Graves to be included in an upcoming film release with Criterion Collection.

Also present for the evening will be musician and longtime Graves collaborator Hugh Glover, and Tatiana Graves-Kochuthara, Graves’s granddaughter.
