In this Creative Flow workshop, artist, musician, and breathwork facilitator Angelica Hay introduces the concept of “flow” and shares practical breathwork techniques for accessing it. Drawing from years of creative practice across visual art and music-making, she’ll show you how breath can shift your state, what flow actually looks like in action, and how working with physical tools and analog creative practices supports staying present and engaged. You’ll leave with breathing techniques you can use immediately to reconnect with yourself, and the freedom to explore your own creativity.

Angelica Hay is an interdisciplinary artist, musician, certified breathwork facilitator and Ayurvedic health instructor based in Los Angeles. She started Breath/Work to share how intentional breathing can help creatives navigate stress, stay inspired, and feel more in control of their process and day to day life. With a background in science, art and music, Angelica brings a grounded multidisciplinary and creative approach to supporting others.
Through years of working across visual art, hardware-based music production, and somatic practices, Angelica has developed deep expertise in accessing and sustaining flow states. She combines her understanding of breathwork’s physiological effects with hands-on creative practice, teaching others how to use breath as a gateway into focused presence and creative freedom. Her approach emphasizes beginner’s mind and the power of tactile, immediate feedback, whether through paint, synthesizers, or breath itself.
