Amy Davila completed her MBA in Accounting, Finance and Art History at The University of Texas, Austin. She started her career as a tax consultant, before working her way up to the role of director at David Zwirner. She is a former faculty member of the Sotheby’s Institute of Art and Claremont Graduate University. She founded ArtSmart in 2011 to help artists, galleries and art organizations achieve financial, business, and career success.

Corrina Peipon is an artist, curator, educator, and writer. She is the founder and principal of Continuous Project, a consulting practice helping art workers navigate their careers; and the co-founder of Contemporary Art League, a trade cooperative building unity, solidarity, and equity among art workers in Los Angeles County.
