Get Involved: WELCOME FUND
Welcome Fund gif

Please join ICA LA in welcoming its new executive director, Anne Ellegood, by making a contribution to the Welcome Fund.

A seasoned curator and potent cultural voice in Los Angeles, Ellegood cites ICA LA’s exceptional mission and commitment to social impact as what drew her to the museum:

“ICA LA’s mission supports the idea that art can be simultaneously pleasurable and challenging—a combination I believe generates the best contemporary art out there. There are few arts organizations that are bold enough to shape their programs to advance social equity. This is an ambitious goal, yet it has long been—and will continue to be—the spirit of ICA LA.”

Ellegood steps into the role at a singular moment, as ICA LA expands its artistic, social, and civic footprint.

We celebrate ICA LA’s critically acclaimed exhibition of Nayland Blake, its transition to become the first fully solar-powered art museum, and ICA LA’s designation as an official voting center for the 2020 elections—all of which capture the ethos of the museum and its commitment to embracing best practices and elevating the cultural conversation to new heights.

ICA LA occupies a vital role in Los Angeles as a fiercely independent and always artist-driven organization. Your support will help us remain independent while we enhance our capacity to create an inclusive, accessible, and sustainable museum.

Please include ICA LA in your year-end giving and be part of our exciting future.
