Un Cachondeo Tirano comes out of Anais Vasconcelos personal diaries and work logs, proposing a form of self-knowledge that also functions as a methodology of her plastic research. Through her records, the artist dissolves the limits between private and professional life, achieving a unification between piece, archive and process. The images contained in this edition aren’t flat documents; they have a live body in constant transformation. In them, various dimensions, materials and spatialities, that have been reinterpreted to a editorial format, coexist together.
